Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items such as custom products (special order or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Items purchased on sale or gift cards cannot be returned.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and purchase the new item separately once your return is approved.

14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU

In addition to the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation required. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
