Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, excluding any shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged or does not meet the return conditions.

7.4 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Warranty and Product Care

Our jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 10 days to initiate a warranty claim.
