Should any item fail to uphold these promises, we will provide a full refund to the customer, who may also retain the product. Please note that the Quality Guarantee does not cover intentional damage, misuse, or alterations carried out by third parties.

5. Ordering Process

5.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in accordance with these Terms. Once you complete the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

5.2 Order Acceptance
Order acceptance occurs when you receive a shipment confirmation email. Until this point, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order for any reason, including issues with product availability, pricing errors, or payment processing.

5.3 Order Cancellation
You (the customer) can only be cancel an order prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Information
We offer shipping to Belgium and other EU countries. International shipping is available; shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

6.2 Shipment Guarantee
We are committed to prompt and reliable delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on the product’s availability and the delivery address. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. While we aim to ship all orders promptly, delays due to third-party couriers or customs are outside of our control. All orders are aimed to be delivered within fourteen business days from the date of processing, excluding weekends and official holidays. If delivery does not occur within the guaranteed timeframe, customers may contact us with their tracking code and will be issued a €5 discount coupon for Valanty products as compensation for the delay. This guarantee applies to delays within our control and excludes disruptions caused by external factors such as customs procedures, courier strikes, or force majeure events.

6.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

6.4 Customs and Duties
International customers (outside Belgium) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. These are not included in the price of the product or shipping.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by contacting us via support@valanty.co

7.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

7.3 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, excluding any shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged or does not meet the return conditions.

7.4 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Warranty and Product Care

8.1 Lifetime Guarantee
Every piece of jewelry purchased from us is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. This guarantee extends to any defects, damage, or issues that may arise during normal use. In such cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the jewelry at no cost to the customer. Please note that the Lifetime Guarantee does not cover intentional damage, misuse, or alterations carried out by third parties. The Lifetime Guarantee is intended to reflect our confidence in the lasting durability and value of our jewelry, provided it is worn and cared for under normal conditions.

8.2 Exclusions from Warranty
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear. It also does not cover any repairs or alterations made by third parties.

8.3 Jewelry Care
To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding exposure to chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture.
